MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM L. STOCKS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This dischargeability action arises out of a transaction in which the plaintiffs purchased a new residence from a corporation in which the debtor was the chief operating officer and one of the principal shareholders of the corporation. The plaintiffs contend that there were numerous defects in the structure and that they sustained substantial monetary damages in correcting these defects.
