This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the Defendant, Mohamed E. Khafaga, (“Defendant” or “Khafaga”) to dismiss this adversary proceeding commenced by Rescuecom Corporation (“Plaintiff’ or “Rescuecom”), seeking to have the debt owed to it by the Defendant declared nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C §§ 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(2)(B), and 523(a)(6).
