OPINION

KELLY, Judge.

¶ 1 Manuel Delgado appeals from his convictions and sentences for one count each of aggravated assault and simple assault. He argues AR.S. § 13-1204(B)(1), which provides that a person commits aggravated assault by “impeding] the normal breathing or circulation of blood of another person,” is unconstitutionally vague. He also contends the trial court abused its discretion by denying his motion to preclude the testimony of a “strangulation expert” pursuant to Rule 702, Ariz. R. Evid.
