This is a law action in which plaintiff sought recovery from defendant upon an alleged contract of hail insurance for loss resulting from damage to his growing wheat, barley and bean crops. Jury was waived and the cause tried and submitted upon its merits to the district court for Banner county, Nebraska, whereupon certain findings were made and plaintiff was awarded a judgment for $330.92.
