Mays-Maune and Assoc., Inc., filed a civil action for money damages against Werner Bros. Inc. (the subcontractor), Bridwell Construction and Design (the general contractor), and Grandview R-II School District (the school district) for failure to pay for building materials supplied by the plaintiff.
