Introduction

Appellants Laura Unverferth (“Unver-ferth”) and Joseph and Francis Cusumano (“Cusumanos”) (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting motions to dismiss filed by Respondents City of Florissant (“Floris-sant”) and American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (“ATS”) (collectively, “Respondents”).
