In this criminal appeal, defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for second-degree robbery, ORS 164.405(l)(b), raising five assignments of error.1 We reject defendant’s fourth and fifth assignments of error without further written discussion, and our resolution of the case based on defendant’s third assignment of error obviates our need to address his second assignment of error.
