This matter is before the Court on post-trial motions of plaintiff and defendant. Plaintiff, Ronnie Storms (hereinafter “Storms”) moves for a “new trial nisi additur” and the defendant Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (hereinafter “Goodyear”) moves for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Storms, a former employee of Goodyear sued Goodyear for wrongful discharge and breach of an implied contract of employment.
