a. corpora-of°stookfoidí er: trustee: fraud. I. The plaintiff, the Des Moines Gas Company, was organized as a corporation in 1864. Its capital stock was fixed by the articles of incorporation at one hundred thousand dollars, represented by one ° thousand shares, and the limit of its indebtedness at twenty-five thousand dollars.
