Affirming.

The executors of Harry Dumesnil, who died February 4, 1937, filed an inheritance tax return with the Department of Revenue and paid taxes on the estate amounting to approximately $20,000. At the time of his death the decedent had life insurance policies in the amount of $52,118.85, all taken out many years prior to the year 1936, payable to his wife as beneficiary with the right in the decedent to change the beneficiary.
