The complaint alleges that between May 1 and May 8, 1926, the plaintiff sold and delivered to defendants and defendants accepted from the plaintiff certain milk or cream, which plaintiff sets out in a schedule attached to the complaint pursuant to section 255-a of the Civil Practice Act (as added by Laws of 1923, phap. 196), for the agreed price and of the reasonable value of $1,645, and that the defendants agreed to pay said sum therefor. Then follows allegation of demand and failure of defendants to pay.
