Appellee recovered a judgment against the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company under our Workmen’s Compensation Act, pt. 2, § 5 (V. S. Annotated Civil Statutes, Supp. 1918, art. 5246— 44) for $22 per week for 264 weeks after allowing the defendant credit for $180 which it had already paid under a ruling of the Industrial Accident Board.
