MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This voluntary sole-asset case involving a parcel of rural land and appurtenant buildings called Weathersfield Farms, Inc. (Farm) was filed August 29, 1980. Thereafter, the debtor filed a plan of reorganization which was not proposed in good faith; the court denied confirmation of the plan on March 17, 1981. 14 B.R. 572.
