The following relevant and material facts are undisputed by the parties for the purposes of this motion. In February 1983 Joanne M. Weston (hereinafter “Debtor”) hired Franklin S. Cibula, a law corporation (hereinafter “Cibula”), as legal counsel to assist her in resolving certain disputes.
