This is a suit between husband and wife over bank accounts standing in the name of the wife, both savings and checking accounts.

From the time the parties were married in 1896 until this controversy became acute last winter, complainant turned over to his wife every pay day his entire salary. In recent years he became entitled to benefits on disability policies, and these, too, he gave to his wife. From time to time Mrs. Meyer took a boarder or two into the home, and in other minor ways she added to the earnings of her husband.
