The plaintiffs, husband and wife, appeal from an adverse judgment in their action against the defendant attorney for the fraudulent procurement of two certificates of judgment and for wrongful attachment. The plaintiffs also appeal the trial court’s summary judgment dismissal of their claim against the Cuyahoga County Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas and two deputy clerks for the wrongful issuance of those certificates of judgment. They argue in four assignments of error that the trial court (a) submitted biased and confusing instructions to the jury, (b) “harassed”…
