THACHER, District Judge.

The application for a permit under sections 4 and 6 of title 2 of the National Prohibition Act (41 Stat. . 309 [Comp. St. §§ 10138y2b, 10138%c]), was filed with the collector of internal revenue in Hartford, Conn., in July, 1925. The bond required by the regulations was filed at or about the same time, and the application appears to comply with the regulations of the department.
