Curtis, plaintiff, and Mankus, defendant, orally agreed to form a partnership to buy real estate, erect houses thereon, and sell the finished dwellings. Misunderstandings led to a demand by the former for the termination of their relationship, and a settlement of the firm affairs. He filed a bill praying for a dissolution, and an accounting by Mankus, who had carried on the financial transactions connected with the business in his own name.
