Plaintiff was engaged by oral contract as district gales manager for defendant, a corporation formed for the purpose of marketing debenture bonds of the Community Finance Service, Inc. His contract gave him the exclusive agency for these bonds in Philadelphia and Reading, except as to sales to members of the family of Charles G. Mueller, vice president of defendant company, who lived in these districts.
