Rhode v. Adams

¶1 Raymond Dale Rhode brought this action in the District Court for the First Judicial District in Lewis and Clark County to recover damages caused by the violation of his civil rights by the Honorable Dorothy McCarter, District Judge of the First Judicial District, and by the violation of his right to procedural due process by Lois Hall Adams, the attorney who represented his wife in the parties’ dissolution of marriage action.
