This appeal arises from an action by plaintiff, the appellant herein, a minor, by and through his mother, Cynthia Riley, against the defendant, the appellee herein, Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, for damages arising from personal injuries caused by a fall from an unscreened window in the third floor apartment leased by Cynthia Riley from defendant.
