OPINION
LANCASTER, Justice.
This matter involves a pretrial appeal from an order issued by the Carlton County District Court that excluded from the upcoming murder trial of appellant, Jamie Lee Aubid, the testimony codefendants Lester Greenleaf and Andy Leo DeVerney gave at their own joint trial. The court of appeals reversed the trial court and held (1) the prior tidal testimony of Greenleaf and DeVerney was admissible at Aubid’s trial under the catch-all exception to the hearsay rule, and (2) admission of this testimony would not violate Aubid’s Confrontation Clause rights.
