(after stating the facts as above). The considerations necessary to the determination of this case lie within a narrow compass. We shall set aside the plaintiff’s contention that the valve in question was of inadequate capacity, by reason especially of the strain to which it was subjected on account of vibration and heat, in addition to the strain due to the mere pressure of the air, for this contention becomes immaterial in view of its elimination from the consideration of the jury.
