Gloria Morton filed this action against Zachary T. Brown, Ben Brown, Sr., and Ben Brown, Jr., d/b/a Pro’s Unlimited, Inc., a.k.a. Pool King & Company (the “Browns”), alleging breach of contract, violation of the Fair Business Practices Act (“FBPA”), fraud, conspiracy to defraud, and conversion. On April 12, 2000, Morton filed request for admissions, tracking the allegations in the complaint, to which the defendants did not respond.
