I. Introduction
This is a civil rights action. Plaintiff, Sharpvisions. Inc. (hereinafter Sharpvi- sions) 1 , alleges that defendants violated the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourth Amendments, the Civil Rights Act of 1871, and the Equal Protection Clause of Pennsylvania Constitution.
