Superior Ambulance Service, a Michigan corporation, plaintiff, brought this action in the Wayne county circuit court to obtain payment of $3,107 representing ambulance services allegedly rendered to the city of Lincoln Park, de fendaut. The case was heard by the court without a jury on April á, 1968. Plaintiff corporation had provided ambulance service for the Wayne county and Washtenaw county area including defendant city.
