This appeal arises from the decision of the tax assessor of the defendant, the town of Weston, denying the application of the plaintiff, Aspet-uck Valley Country Club, Inc., for classification of certain of its golf course property as open space land pursuant to General Statutes § 12-1076. The plaintiff appeals 2 from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant’s motion for summary judgment and denying the plaintiffs cross motion for summary judgment.
