This is a suit at law in which plaintiff seeks to recover for loss and damage sustained by him incident to the purchase of bank stock, such purchase having been made by plaintiff through a Mr. H. S. Greenawalt, vice-president and acting agent of defendant corporation. The case was tried before a jury, and upon defendant’s motion at the conclusion of plaintiff’s proofs, verdict was directed in favor of defendant. Plaintiff has appealed.
