delivered the opinion of the Court.

This was an ejectment bill filed in the chancery court of Cumberland county to recover about five thousand acres of land. There were voluntary dismissals, however, as to all of the material defendants except the Cumberland Lumber Company, and it claims a much smaller acreage than that just stated, *255the exact, amount of which it is -unnecessary to note. The chancellor dismissed the bill, and the complainant has appealed, and assigned errors.
