OPINION AND ORDER
SPIEGEL, District Judge:
This matter came on for a hearing on cross-motions for reconsideration (docs. 38, 41) of our Opinion and Order of January 27, 1983 (doc. 35) and plaintiffs’ memorandum in opposition (doc. 43). Several issues are before the Court. For the reasons given below, the Court holds that a plaintiff who brings an action in federal court pursuant to the Age Discrimination Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and section 4101.17 or 4112.02(N) of the Ohio Revised Code and subsequently files a charge with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) pursuant…
