KRUCKER, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from an order approving the final accounting of a receiver and directing the payment of claims and distribution of assets remaining from the dissolution of a partnership. Appellant appeared as defendant below and appellee as plaintiff!

Appellee Ames and one Harry T. Foster operated a small business establishment in Douglas, Arizona, known as “The Roundup” as a partnership. On August 26, 1962, Harry T.
