GREENWOOD, Senior Judge:

¶1 Denise Terry appeals the trial court’s exclusion of her expert witness report arid its denial of her motion for a new trial. We affirm.

¶2 Vern A. Anderson (Anderson) died in February 2009. In November of that same year, his son, Bryan J. Anderson (Bryan), filed an application for the informal administration of Anderson’s estate, indicating,that Anderson had died intestate.
