WILKINS, Justice:

1 Defendant appeals from convictions of two counts of attempted aggravated murder, first degree felonies in violation of section 76-5-202 of the Utah Code and one count of failure to respond to an officer's signal to stop, a third degree felony in violation of section 41-6-18.5 of the Utah Code. We affirm.
