McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Sha’Ron Johnson (“Johnson”) filed suit against her former employer, Cleveland City School District (“the District” or “Defendant”), as well as individual District employees, alleging that they violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Ohio law by failing to accommodate her disability, and firing her in retaliation for her filings and on the basis of her disability.
