Appeal from an order denying amended findings or a new trial.

Defendants entered into a contract with plaintiffs for the sale of certain real estate in Crow Wing county for a consideration of $3,000. By the terms of the agreement, $1,500 was paid in cash and “$1,500 as soon as the vendors tender a warranty deed conveying marketable title, together with an adequate abstract of title or a Torrens certificate showing good title, with interest after such tender at the rate of five percent per annum.” .
