OPINION
BURDOCK, Justice.
Appellant, Preston State Bank, brought suit in the county court at law to collect monies allegedly due to it by the appellee, Larry M. Jordan, under a “bank credit card agreement.” Trial was before the Court without a jury. The Court entered a take-nothing judgment against appellant, subsequently filing findings of fact and conclusions of law in support of the judgment.
