I. Introduction
In October of 2008, this Court issued a memorandum opinion in In re Gilbreath criticizing the lax practices and gamesmanship that pervade the bankruptcy system with respect to the filing and amending of deficient proofs of claim. 395 B.R. 356 (Bankr.S.D.Tex.2008).
