Appeal from Wayne; Hally, J. Bill by Anton Antoszewski against the City- Plumbing Company and others to cancel certain conveyances made to the defendants. From a decree for complainant, defendants appeal.

In September, 1911, the complainant was, and had been for some time, engaged in the business of shoe repairing, and owned the premises involved in this suit, known as 1278 Rivard street, in the city of Detroit, which he, with his family, occupied as a homestead. The property was incumbered by a mortgage of $1,200. The homestead was all the property which complainant owned, and he claims that he was ignorant of business affairs and uneducated.
