{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Cassius Hawkins appeals from his sentence entered in the Jefferson County Common Pleas Court for possession of drugs, a violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), (C)(4)(e), a first degree felony; tampering with evidence, a violation of R.C. 2921.12(A)(1), a third degree felony, and aggravated menacing, a violation of R.C. 2903.21(A), a first degree misdemeanor.
