This appeal arises from a boundary dispute between Jared W. and Mary E. Clemmer, appellants, and Anna and Anne Jedlicka, appellees, which prompted the Jedlickas to file a Complaint in Ejectment. The property in dispute is an 8.5 acre parcel of land which is located between the Jedlicka and Clemmer properties.
