RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner, William Webb, is currently incarcerated in federal prison, but is challenging a state conviction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The . district court denied his habeas corpus petition. Webb appeals. We affirm.
Pursuant to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), 18 U.S.C. App. at 545-48 (1982); Ind.Code § 35-2.1-2-4 (repealed 1982, current version at Ind.Code § 35-33-10-4), Webb was transferred from federal custody to the Marion County, Indiana Jail.
