— This is an appeal from an action instituted by plaintiff-appellant, a lessor corporation, against defendant-appellee for damages arising from an agreement by the appellee guaranteeing payment of rent and performance of certain covenants on the part of the lessee corporation, Pal Products, Inc. The trial by court resulted in a finding and judgment for appellant against appellee in the amount of Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Five ($4,755.00) Dollars as damages for the failure of the lessee to keep the leased premises in a satisfactory state of repair during the lessee’s occupancy.…
