The factual and legal history of this appeal stretches back over a period of more than sixteen years. The principal parties to this appeal were and are adjoining landowners in Marion County, Indiana. The defendants-appellants (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Glick”) own and have developed the greater portion of the land which is situated immediately to the north, northeast, and northwest of the Ransburg property, with the construction of numerous residential subdivisions.
