This is an action for damages for personal injuries. The complaint is in two paragraphs. The averments common to both, omitting formal and other matters about which there is no controversy, are in substance as follows: Appel*439lant is a corporation engaged in the manufacture of glass. Appellee was employed by appellant to work in its box-factory department where he was engaged in making boxes for the shipment of glass.
