McGINLEY, Judge.
This is an appeal by Marjorie Wright (Wright) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court) denying Wright’s motion for post-trial relief.
Wright commenced this action as a result of a one car accident which occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m. on September 30,1983. Wright was travelling north on Trooper Road toward the intersection of Trooper Road and Woodland Avenue in East Norriton Township.
