Walter A. Raschick appeals from the district court’s1 21 grant of summary judgment *1498against him on his claim of age discrimination brought under the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (1982). On appeal, Raschick contends that the district court erred in granting summary judgment when, according to Raschick, a prima facie case of age discrimination may be inferred from the record.
