In this insurance dispute, Defendant Appellant James Sweeney (“Mr. Sweeney”) appeals from the Order of the District Court granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee/Cross-Appellant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”). Liberty Mutual cross-appeals from the portion of the District Court’s Order rejecting two alternative and independent bases for denying Mr. Sweeney coverage under his insurance policy.
