Plaintiff Gregory Lawrence Dawson (“Plaintiff’), a former inmate at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility (“the Facility”), brings this pro se action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendant Eric Cook (“Officer Cook” or “Defendant”), a corrections officer at the Facility.
