Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying its petition to modify or suspend the workers’ compensation benefits of Agnes Guyders (Claimant). In doing so, the Board affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Employer’s 73 job referrals over the course of three years were, for the most part, invalid because they were made more than six months after the medical examination clearing her for work had been done.
