This troubling problem is what should be done when a claimant brings suit in this court for an inverse condemnation of land interests, and not long thereafter the Government files a District Court condemnation action involving the very same interests but asserting a later taking-date. On August 22, 1975, Georgia-Pacific filed its petition here asking just compensation for an alleged taking by the Federal Government in 1974-1975 of certain of its land in West Virginia.
